Close Your Open Request
Mark a disaster request as resolved
How to Close a Request
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Open the "Yours" tab to find your request
- Click on the request to view its details
- Scroll to the bottom and click Close Request
- Confirm when prompted — this action cannot be undone
After closing:
- The request will be marked as inactive
- All responders will be notified by email that assistance is no longer needed
- You'll receive a confirmation email
