Contact Members

Contacting a Farm Owner

From the Dashboard map, you can contact a farm owner when they have an active request visible to you.

1. Click on a request marker on the map
2. In the info popup, click Contact Owner
3. Enter your message
4. Click Send

The farm owner will receive your message via email.

Note: If there is no active request, you will only see the farm name and city/state on the map.

Contacting an Organization Owner

1. Navigate to the Organizations page
2. Find the organization in the My Organizations tab
3. Click the Contact Owner option on the organization card
4. Enter your message and send

The organization's owner will receive your message via email.

Emailing Organization Members

Admins, Owners, and Managers can email members directly from the Dashboard.

1. Navigate to the Dashboard
2. Select your organization from the dropdown
3. Click Members in the sidebar
4. Click the email icon next to a member's email address to open your mail client

Emailing a User (Admin Only)

1. Click Users in the navigation bar at the top of the page
2. Find the user in the data table
3. Click the email icon next to their email address to open your mail client
