Manage Organization Members

Member Roles

Organizations have three roles:

Role	Permissions
Owner	Full control — manage members and their roles, approve/reject requests, delete the organization
Manager	Can manage members and approve/reject join requests
Member	Can view organization members' requests on the Dashboard

Note: Only Owners can promote other members to Owner. There must always be at least one Owner in an organization.

Adding Members

Owners and Managers can add members directly by email.

1. Navigate to the Dashboard
2. Select your organization from the dropdown at the top of the sidebar
3. Click Members in the sidebar
4. Enter the email address of the person you want to add
5. Select a Role
6. Click Add

The new member will be added with the Member role by default.

Note: The person must already have a Paladin account. If they haven't registered yet, ask them to sign up first, or they can request to join your organization themselves.

Handling Join Requests

When someone requests to join your organization, Owners and Managers can approve or reject the request.

From the Dashboard

1. Navigate to the Dashboard
2. Select your organization from the dropdown
3. Click Join Requests in the sidebar — a red badge shows the count of pending requests
4. Review each request (you'll see the requester's name and optional message)
5. Click Approve or Reject

From the Organizations Page

1. Navigate to Organizations (Orgs) page
2. Click the Member Requests tab
3. Review and approve/reject pending requests

Approved users will be added as Members to your organization.

Changing a Member's Role

1. Navigate to the Dashboard
2. Select your organization from the dropdown
3. Click Members in the sidebar
4. Find the member whose role you want to change
5. Use the role dropdown next to their name to select Owner, Manager, or Member
